Trial Class – An Introduction to Krav Maga with a British Krav Maga® certified Professional Instructor
Krav Maga sessions are simple, practical and high energy. We cater for all levels of fitness and experience, we especially welcome beginners. We pride ourselves on our community ethos and standards of training. Your fellow students were all beginners and will always show you the ropes if you can’t get the hang of things. You will be encouraged and supported in the lesson; you won’t be hurt or made to do anything you don’t want to.
You must tell us if you have any health issues prior to the training. We can then train you appropriately. If you have not been active for some time let us know. Generally, we advise you work at around 50% capacity stopping if you feel uncomfortable, breathless, giddy or experience muscle/ joint pains.
Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first class so Mark can introduce himself and speak with you before training commences.
How to book a Trial Class
Complete the booking form below. Let the instructor know where you are at physically, if you have injuries, train regurlarly, dont train and so on. Please include a mobile phone number, the instructor may ring to offer you a choice of dates or discuss any injuries you may have.
